Initiating a Return:
If, for any valid reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your goods. Notify us of your intention to return the product by sending an email to info@lbeautypharm.com.
Return Conditions:
No refund will be granted if the product(s) has been opened, used, or damaged (including damage during transit) unless the product is found to be faulty.
Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse the acceptance of delivery, resulting in the return of the goods to us, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after the returned goods are received.
Refund Upon Return:
Refunds are processed once the goods safely reach our warehouse. You will be refunded within 24 hours of the goods being delivered to us. We cannot refund delayed orders that are still en route.
Short Dated Stock:
Products from the “special offers” section are non-refundable/exchangeable unless deemed faulty.
No Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to switch items, your order needs to be refunded or issued a voucher code, and then you can place a new order.
